    DEXA Scan Bakersfield: Affordable Body Fat Testing

    Refund Policy

    Refunds are available only for unused DEXA scans or packages within 3 business days of purchase and will be issued minus credit/debit card processing fees. Once a scan has been performed or after the 3-business-day window, no refunds will be given. For multi-scan packages with unused scans, refunds are not available; however, in special circumstances such as permanent relocation out of the area, we may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, calculated as the original package price minus the number of scans used multiplied by the current single-scan rate and processing fee. All dexa scan packages have a 12-month expiration date from time of purchase.
